SAT SKILLS PROGRAM
GradePower Learning’s proprietary SAT program prepares students using an integrated and comprehensive approach to studying. WORLDWIDE ANTIQUES SHOW
This 43-year tradition is an antiques show that features between 85 and 100 antique and vintage dealers from around the country. OUTDOOR ADVENTURE QUEST
Grab some friends and compete in a three-day, statewide Outdoor Adventure Quest! Using an app, your team will spend an epic weekend accomplishing tasks in 12 different sporting categories (like hiking, biking, rafting, hot springs and breweries!) to earn points. Each challenge task is worth a specific point value. To earn those points teams will upload photos/videos proving they were there and completed the task. AVIATION CAMP
Students ages 8 to 12 will be immersed in aviation and space activities inside the museum’s WWII-era Air Force hangar that is filled with over 50 types of aircraft and space vehicles. By designing water rockets, a Martian Settlement and gliders, campers will learn to troubleshoot some of the challenges tackled by today’s top aerospace engineers. This camp offers an introduction to programming, coding, and robotics for campers ages 7 to 13. Activities include the fun of building with LEGO® bricks, PLUS the challenge of learning computer programming and coding. Using drag-and-drop icon-based WeDo® software, campers will take their first steps into the world of computer programming and robotics that will equip them to succeed in a technology-based marketplace. As a bonus, campers will work with the newest members of the Bricks 4 Kidz family – Dash & Dot and Robot Mouse.
