SOUNDS OF SOUTHLANDS: MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE
Sound familiar? It’s one of The Police hit songs from 1979 and the band, Message in a Bottle, pays tribute to Sting, Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland, capturing the flavor of the songs that made Police one of the greatest rock bands of all time. Their renditions of Every Breath You Take, Roxanne, Every Little Thing She Does is Magic, and Don’t Stand So Close to Me will take you back to the 80s in a drum beat.

CANVAS AND MOCKTAILS
Young art students (ages 9-12) will learn about famous artists while enjoying a delicious “mocktail” prepared by student baristas. They will explore Vincent Van Gogh’s Starry Night, color and abstract style with Wassily Kandinsky and Sonia Delaunay, landscape portraits with Claude Monet’s Garden, life imitating art with Andy Warhol, and the larger-than-life paintings of Georgia O’Keefe. Plus, they’ll create their own unique 11” x 14” masterpiece and build a timeline of art history, to include themselves!
