Cleo Parker Robinson Dance, the cultural hub of Five Points, turned 50 last year, so they are welcoming their return to the stage with a special anniversary performance. Also celebrating the rejuvenation of Spring 2021 is a comeback performance by Kim Robards Dance!

A very special dance production, Through and Beyond, is an evening of inspiring dance that celebrates the rejuvenation of Spring 2021! Critically-acclaimed local dance company, Kim Robards Dance, will be presenting an array of works the entire family will enjoy.
Kim Robards’ signature work, Soul Full, intertwines Modern Dance with Spanish and Mexican Folklorico, when the stage will be shared with dancers from Fiesta Colorado and ArtistiCO. There will also be a virtuoso male solo and other works that highlight the full range of this talented dance company.

50TH ANNIVERSARY PERFORMANCE
With everything else that was going on in 2020, you may have missed the 50th Anniversary of one of Denver’s best-loved artistic groups, Cleo Parker Robinson Dance. This critically-acclaimed dance troupe uses the universal language of dance to honor the African Diaspora, explore the human condition, champion social justice, unite people of all ages and races, and ultimately celebrate the complexity of life through movement.
Now that the world is starting to get back to normal, the 12-member dance ensemble will be presenting A 50th Like No Other, a performance that includes new and previously performed works. A limited number of in-person tickets will be available, as well as a livestream of the concert online. Take a journey to honor the struggles of the past year and look forward to what’s ahead.
