Village Homes is Now William Lyon Homes!
April 11, 2017
Village Homes, an award-winning Southshore home builder, has changed its name to William Lyon Homes.
But nothing’s really changed except a name – it’s still all in the family!
Launched in Colorado in the mid-1980s, Village Homes has operated as a division of its parent company, Willian Lyon Homes, since 2012.
General William Lyon, a decorated military war veteran, started building homes in 1954 after flying combat missions in World War II and Korea. Under his stewardship, the company soared to success, garnering some of the highest customer approval scores in the nation. Over the last 60 years, William Lyon Homes has earned the right to declare itself one of America’s best home builders.
Village Homes’ Reputation for Excellence
Over the last three decades, Village Homes has earned its OWN reputation for excellence throughout metro-Denver racking up countless building industry awards for outstanding craftsmanship and for amenity-rich communities.
Village Homes remains committed to providing the highest level of quality and customer service to its existing customers. The only change its homeowners will see is the new name and logo.
And what will the transition to William Lyon Homes mean to home buyers?
First, buyers will have a much broader range of new home styles and designs from which to choose – at attainable prices. And, with the parent company’s access to stronger sources of capital, William Lyon Homes can leverage economies of scale to secure the best consultants in the industry – another plus for home buyers.
Just like Village Homes, the William Lyon Homes name represents a history of distinguished service to its home buyers, and an ongoing commitment to delivering state-of-the-art neighborhoods to new home hunters pursuing the American dream of homeownership.
